criteria for defriending someone on facebook
i’ve halved my number of facebook friends and it has been truly amazing. if you too would like to clean out ye olde friends list feel free to follow these steps:
Defriend if:
you had a crush on that person in high school/college but now they are engaged or married
the person updates their status constantly and instead of just hiding their posts you think they deserve worse
you will probably never see this person again but if you did they would not say hi to you
Do NOT defriend if:
they live in your hometown and the last time you saw them (or their twin sister - ohh god which one was it?!) you had a nice conversation with them
you went to his or her wedding
they live in the same town as you
